Shop Drawings

Our in-house design team prepares detailed construction and fabrication drawings which include all proposed materials, dimensions, details along with how the entire unit / product will be installed on site.

Prototyping

Prototypes are made for most products so that the finishes may be finalized and to accommodate any changes that the design may command as per the site/project requirement, prior to production.

Client's Approval

The client's approval is mandatory prior to proceeding into production.

Production

All off-site millwork components and loose furniture are manufactured at our factory under a controlled environment with quality checks carried out at every stage of the production line.

Finishing

The finishing stage for loose furniture items is carried out in the factory. For off-site millwork components which are to be installed on site, the finishing may be carried out after installation depending on the site environment.

Packing

All products are packed with care to ensure absolute protection while in transit so that the goods may reach their destination in tip-top condition.

Delivery

We take care to ensure timely delivery of all products supplied.

INSTALLATION AT SITE

Off-site millwork components and loose furniture items are finally installed / assembled on site. A final finishing is then completed as required.
